The Camera Project, which took place in a bilingual preschool classroom in northern Ohio, was a collaborative effort of preschool teachers and a high school photography teacher with the help of his students. It is one of the Let's Learn Inquiry Projects for Ohio's Young Learners which use the structures and strategies of the Project Approach to support young children as they investigate their questions about a worthwhile and real world topic.
In the Camera Project, readers can find information and pictures that document the work of teachers and children as they proceeded through all three phases of the project. Also available on the website are anticipatory webs, documentation panels, and a list of Ohio Early Content Standards addressed during the project. (nmb/duguid)
